The library is named after John Calder Brennan (1908-1996), a Laurel resident for 50+ years who researched and published information on the history of Laurel. His extensive collection of Laurel-related materials was donated to the LHS at his death.
The library is open by appointment. Appointments can be made throughout the week between 9-3 for additional research opportunities.
